HARDWARE RESET. PLEASE HELP. CANNOT FIND IP ADDRESS OF SXT-LTE6

Hi during a wrong IP assignment I am not able anymore to reach my SXT-LTE6 kit.
DHCP is not working correctly. Router IP address is 192.168.1.100 but is unreachable.
Made a reset by pressing long the reset button but this scrambled my config and now it is not alive.
I need a way to reset and factory configuration, not with the reset button below the SIM card.
Please help

The Mikrotik seems to work, however it has some unknown IP address.
Have tried netistall with no effort

Use Winbox to connect using MAC address not IP address.
If you see your router in the Neighbourhood then click on MAC address wich will be copied as an address to connect to.

Have already tried it.
Unfortunately winbox cannot see it even with MAC address search.
I am hopeless .
Please help.
Is there a way to reflash it not via ethernet?

Finally got it!
What I have done ( so other can maybe resolve the same problem)
Have connected to an external router
Have set the address of the router to 192.168.88.0/24
have connected the SXT to the router.
Have made a scan from my laptop.
FOUND!
The IP address of the Mikrotik was strangely set to 0.0.0.0…
