Hardware Support - SXT

Good afternoon Gentlemen.

I am currently busy testing 2 brand new out the box sxt’s and i am having a hard time.

I need to know what information all is required to get some assistance on this.

I have read a lot about DP links, and 802.11N I am able to get
108mb/108mb when i run:
SXT <=> 31DB Grid

The moment i change to SXT <=> SXT the link barely gets over 36mb/s

i have tried the above controll and below controll ht, just to be sure, the freq i selected looks clear from both sides, and seems to have enough space for the 40Mhz band needed,

The issue that im having is that my
Chan0 = -92DB
Chan1 = -71DB

All Chains Enabled both sides

The 71DB is enough to allow me to get into N rates, but i am not even getting 54mb, and my ccq is something that horrors are made of stagnating at 5%/7% (sxt <=> sxt)
Sxt to Single pole 31DB grid at the same Freq i get up 2 108mb/s with a above 80 CCQ

31DB <=> 31DB i used to get 135mb/s (ht guard long) at 95CCQ (both sides R52hn Cards at Txpower - 12db ) (-61db-d63db)

Line Of sight Picture is here.

Now from My really minor math skill i have worked this out in my head, but it might be completely incorrect.
Old
31DB grid + r52HN @ +11DB = 42DB Signal
New
16Db FP + SXT @ 22db (DP) = 38DB signal

So i should see a Difference of 4DB if i had to swap the equipment out and run it as “new” aka SXT @ 22db, The problem is that im experiencing the one chain at -93 and i believe the Noise floor is around 100~105, and thats no good (14 odd SNR).

The actual Question is => what do i need to post here so that we can work through this, Its my First DP install, and i might have missed something, my thinking is if i have missed something then most people will.

Have all mcs’s def, all freq def, 802.11N HTC Guard Long (for safety longer time to read packet if there was interference that i really don’t think there is), all chains enabled, 1 ampdu seleceted (0).

Anyone with any ideas?

Try to test out the other SXT against the 31db to check if chain0 will have those -92db.
Please make the support output files when you do those tests and send them to support@mikrotik.com
Also have you aligned those SXT, as I see that the link height has difference?

Like Uldis says, try another SXT to check if you don’t have a hardware problem, Then check alignment, reset config to defaults. Make supout.rif at time of successful connection, send to support.

Will update when we can test again.

Regards

one of the antenna pigtails probabaly came loose inside…

Its a manufactured unit, doubt the pigtales can come loose as my understanding is that the antenna is soldered onto the card?
