I would like to know if anybody encountered hardware that has 24 or more ethernet ports and supports the mikrotik. rb800 + rb 616 is too little for me.

That option does not suit to me. It’s about FTTB project and I want to avoid a lot of equipment, Routerboards and switches in each building. I’m avoiding VLANs because the multicast + VLAN on mikrotik works very badly or doesn’t work at all. More practical solution to me is 1 x GEPON ONU + 1 x Mikrotik RouterBOARD. Again, the problem arises in large buildings with 20-30-40 apartments and mikrotik has no solutions with 24 or 48 ports. For this kind of hardware is not needed any extra CPU, 680 MHz is enough just to have a lot of ethernet ports.
