Recently I am getting this when i try to open a youtube video. But after a couple of seconds it does actually play the video. And sometimes it does not.

Try with different browsers and different computers. I see that you have an adblocker for Youtube. Try with disabled extensions.

You might have an ad blocker installed or you might be dns filtering in which case YouTube has been detecting some instances and showing this error message.
Blocking video ads is a complex problem due to the almost infinite amount of virtual ad servers YouTube has. I can’t suggest anything else since it might be against the forum rules other than try to disable your measures and see for yourself.

If you want an adblocker for YouTube, use uBlock Origin. Works perfect.
