HauteSpot - Rebranded MikroTik hardware & software

Hi,

I’ve just had one of our distributors on the phone trying to push HauteSpot (http://www.hautespot.net/), which after a little bit of digging are a company who simply re-brand MikroTik hardware and RouterOS with their own logos and selling them at far greater prices, touting them as an “advanced mesh platform”.

Have any of you guys came across HauteSpot before? You can find their “copyrighted” release notes and software (RouterOS…) here: http://www.hautespot.net/document/Software/Routers/

It is what you described. Basically you get a tested solution with support from them.

Cool - I can see the point for the less technical customers, I was just shocked at how much it cost!
