Have I lost my license?

Hi team,

I had my mikrotik router RB450 and I had it with OS version 3.10 and level 4.
I have upgraded the version of the OS to 4.17 but I have lost the level of my license I have now the demo version 1, it this true?

status before upgrade OS version from 3.10 to 4.17:

You didn’t upgrade your license format as you should have: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Upgrading_RouterOS#License_issues. You have three days to do so. If you’re still within those three days just click the “upgrade license” button in Winbox. If you’re not, email support.

Thank you fewi, as you can see in my post above, I had the timer active, I have created the account on mikrotik, they sent me the key file, I have uploaded it to my router and the timer is now off.
I have also tried to click the “upgrade license” button in Winbox, I have attached a picture with the error that I receive.
Please let me know how may I get to the support if I do not have the requested file: “supout.rif file attached”

ticket was created Ticket#2011112566000682, but again I have received the message:

There might be no answer to your ticket, if it has been submitted without supout.rif file attached. To get your request answered, please reply to this e-mail with the supout.rif file attached.

They don’t need debug output to troubleshoot a license issue for you.

When you hit “upgrade license” winbox uses the internet connection of the PC it is running on, not the MikroTik device itself. Make sure your PC is connected to the internet when you try.

I had to provide the “supout.rif” file and right after I have received the new key, I have attached the before and after pictures of the License window.

Now my next question would be, can I upgrade my OS to version 5.8, the latest available on download page and I will still have Level 5?
