Have the Mikrotik Pure G technology?

I have an Access Point, that supported Turbo G, Statik G, Dinamik G etc.. But then my Provider chenge mode to 2.4GHZ G Turbo in Mikrotik at that time I don’t see his signal. Why? What’s the problem?

Check in what frequency the G Turbo mode is working. By default the scan list for G turbo in mikrotik is 2437. So if you are using different frequency then modify the scan-list.

ok, my provider use in mikrotik channel 6, mode 2.4Gh-G-Turbo. version of mikrotik 2.8.22

i set my AP (DWL-2100AP) on channel 6.
i set ap on mode AP Client, then scanned in next modes: B/G without SuperG
G-only without SuperG, Dynamic turbo with/without SuperG, Turbo Static mode with/without SuperG
I see more providers APs, but not my provider in 2.4Gh-G-Turbo mode :slight_smile:
Please, help me :slight_smile: i want connect to this provider!

you should use the latest version of the RouterOS. If you can’t connect then you can send us the support output file to support@mikrotik.com from the router to check the configuration.
