i bought 750GL from some one and he make the system
when i try to download backup file this message it show up
(can’t download not permitted )
what can i do ??
Try to grab it by using ftp to the router. No clue why you can’t do it via Winbox. Are you really logged on as admin?
i try to log in by using ftp
ftp://10.10.10.1 not log in
yes i log on as user admin
he make this protection because he sold me this backup
can you help me to save this backup on my pc plz

If you type /users print, is there any other users in there?
Maybe you should ask him for a full access version, that might be easier.

you are right when i trey to type user print i found this
but he make a pass for admin0 
i guess a pass and done successfully login
