HD size difference

I have several towers running RB433AH and 4.11 OS. when I check the size of memory and “hd” I get big differences on some. most show about 60 mb for the HD size and 124 mb ram. But some show 520 mb hd and 124 mb memory.

Why is there so big a difference?

sometimes we use bigger NAND than specified to not cause manufacturing delays
