Hello! I’m trying to configure a TSIP with a Contact Center on the cloud.

I have to redirect all traffic from the Contact Center to the TSIP interface and the other way around.
The main problem is that to my TSIP provider I have to present with an IP, and the Contact Center connects through another.
I believe I have to make a dst-nat and a src-nat at the same time. I’ve tried but with no success.

Help!

Your drawing does not make any sense. Your router has port three with an IP of 200.2.x.x/30 directly connected to the SIP with an IP of 190.64.60.17. Those will not communicate at all. Assuming there is no active device in between (router), those ports need to be on the same subnet.
