i have an issue…i have a special service to my clients which is share server so they can share there files so it was working good until i have problem which is the network start to get overloaded with the data coming from that server so let consider my share server ip address is (192.168.1.5) so i need to have queue for my pppoe clients to limit only connection to this server with specific download

you can does with mangle and queue-tree.
in mangle mark paquet from server (src-address) and in queue-tree add a new rule with global-out parent for these paquet.
