[HELP] 4G USB modem M150-1 with hAP ac2

I am planning to use Mikrotik RBD52G-5HacD2HnD-TC with Megafon M150-1 4G modem (Huawei E3276). Huawei E3276 is supported by RouterOS v6.xx. On Microtik installed 6.47.3.
The modem connects directly to the USB port (no extension cables are used). There is a PPP interface in the interface list, I can view the modem information and network status. However, no internet connection occurs.
After looking articles on the Internet, I changed the modes of the modem using AT commands from the Terminal. Used the following options: AT^SETPORT=“A1;10,12,13,16,A1,A2”, AT^SETPORT=“FF;10,12,16,A2”, AT^SETPORT=“A1,A2;10,12,13,A2”, both with the command ‘AT^SYSCFGEX =“00”, 3fffffff, 2,4,7fffffffffffffff ,’, and without it. After changing, the USB bus power was reset.
When the same modem connect to the nearby Zyxel Keenetic 4G III, the modem immediately connects to the Megafon 4G network, in Keenetic the modem is defined as NDIS.
I ask for recommendations how to configure this modem in hAP ac2?
