can any one help me about queue tree i follow all instruction here and also on youtube but i have problem on queue tree

ihave 2 isp so i know how to set the download
my problem is how to set the upload on queue tree becouse 2 isp

so set 2 upload ???

I am confused, do you need assistance with PCC as per topic heading or Queue Tree (QOS / Shaping) as per topic content as these are 2 different things?

Please clarify, and also provide what you have done so far.
