I need help if I can configure web proxy in other server not in Mikrotik, and to work like mikrotik to control speed of users for cache content unlimited speed, for content form Internet limited speed. Any sugestions?

Thanks for your answer, but for me is not something clear here? Do I need to make any redirect rule, to redirect HTTP Traffic to squid box. I understad other thins, I worked in Mikrotik webproxy to mark DSCP 4. But here the rules I can create but how to tell that our proxy is squid, do we need any redirect rule or other thins?
