i have a mangle rule to mark connection and packets for youtube
i have an address list for all youtubes ip addresses
i have set up a que tree to limit access to that address list to a certain upload limit
EX. of what i want
pppoe Client 1 can reach 500kbps max on address list - youtube.
pppoe Client 2 can also reach 500kbps max on address list - youtube.
What i get now is that if both clients upload on youtube they get a 256kbps speed each split with pcq default.
All my clients have a simple que limit as well
