Help block mac-address and pppoe isolation

At mikrotik are connected:
2 pc with pppoe
2 pc without pppoe

I would make sure that the pc with pppoe is not possible to connect directly to mikrotik, you should only connect via pppoe.
I ask you if there is a way to block a mac address to connect only as client pppoe
I noticed that the 2 pc in pppoe can share files between them, I would like to stop this so that each client is isolated pppoe

otherway,

use —tools–mac server —winbox interface… and ip—services

my configuration is:

I want the PC1 and PC2 not share files, must be isolated.
For the mac address, I want the PC1 connects only via pppoe and not set an ip 10.0.0.x
