We have many customers with 3011’s, 2011’s so on with CNAME’s being used at DYN. Recently we have 1 customer that the CNAME gives an old IP address and wont update to the new one. I have deleted the DYN account and re added and re applied the correct CNAME. It then allows ping but from an old address. Everywhere in the router it has the new correct outside IP, but when DYN see’s the CNAME it gets the incorrect address. I have force updated IP/Cloud and it had updated many times successfully. I have updated to 6.43.4 as well and still have the same problem. Any ideas or suggestions??
