Folks,
I have a hotspot setup for one of my customers. The customer is reporting that people at his location are having numerous problems getting connected to the hotspot. I have 2 SR5 cards in my Mikrotik, one going to each floor of the building.
I looked at my logs and I’m seeing the following entries repeatedly:

I’m not by any means our Mikrotik guru, but I ran these messages by that gentleman and he wasn’t too sure what these meant.
I’m hoping that somebody on the forum can help out. Are these normal disconnects??? Seeing how the disconnection is happening between 30 seconds to a minute after the connection, I’m thinking this is indicating problems staying connected to our hotspot.
Can anybody else on the forum please let me know if my assumption is correct?? Are these normal disconnects, or are they truely folks having issues getting connected and staying connected to the hotspot?
Thanks,
Brandon
