Help for hotspot solution

I am looking for someone who is expert in Hotspot solutions. There must be such so I own radius server with all the information and the ability to set, several AP on this solution. I run both mikrotik and ubiquiti.

Everything is controlled today by a RB1000. Where there are 768 public ip addresses. Where the 256 needed for hotspot.

Hope there is someone who can help me with this.

why not run all with mikrotik as it more friendly to the radius server.
