I have 1 Hotspot & some DHCP Server on my hAP ac², but only hotspot can reach internet. Can someone help me to solve that?.

What a mess (specifically, your firewall). Did you set it up yourself?
Instead of having multiple bridges, have you thought about configuring VLAN’s?
Why is your masquerade rule disabled?
Why all the mangle rules?
Previously I only used hotspots, and wanted to add some DHCP Servers for some purposes.
I set it by myself, for masquerade now already enable. Can you explain the mistake that I do?
There is a lot to say, starting with keeping the default rules in your firewall.
