[HELP] How to address the dynamic address into a static

I do it myself:

:foreach i in=[/ip firewall address-list find (list=DropScanIPList_List dynamic=yes) ] do={/ip firewall address-list add copy-from=$i}

into static what? Anyway, you can look into address-lists, that are created dynamically and use them in static firewall.
