My RouterOS 5.8 boot error. HELP! How to find the routeros backup files? THANKS.

are you using X86 architecture ?
if you use that reinstall your routeros with ISO file and for question “keep old configuration?” type “yes”
if you use routerboard install routeros with netinstall and select keep old configuration
