i have rb 951 v6.7 , hotspot (usernam&pass)
i give each of my user (limit bytes total = 10 GB)
i want to stop the download on my net from 7 am till 11 pm and make my user just browsing internet using their (10gb) and from 11 pm till 7 am they can download any thing and i want it not counting from their 10gb
is there any way to do that???
