how can i put this proxy in my mikrotik server

Dear Sirs,
It makes me pleased when I bought your system Microtik . I sent you before about adding a proxy in my server in order to exceed the browsing speed . I read your response on my inquiry and I didn’t understand the details and steps that lead how to put the proxy in my server.
What I want from you to tell me all details ( Step – By – Step ) that leads to how I do my job in putting the proxy which I used to put in LAN Settings in Windows Explorer settings for ex. 213.4.59.70 with port 8080 or 3128 .
I will feel grateful if you send me the steps written or as an image .
Pleas respond to me as soon as you could.
