Problem1:
I’m using Netmetal 5 with Ubiquiti 19dbi Sector ,
Base tower height 30 mtr,
Client using SXT lite5 at 7-10 mtr heights
But they getting signal very low even within 1km link
Tx/Rx -79/-74 dBm , CCQ 31/59% , Signal Noise : 39 dB
Wireless Protocol 802.11 also tried nv2 but same result
Problem 2:
Sometime 802.11 AP not connected properly with CPE
It’s show connecting
Which model UBiquit secotr are you using. This could be a frequency mistmatch issue for the sector antenna

You need to confirm that your radio is connected either to the horizontal or vertical connector on the back of the antenna. If it is horizontally polarised you will need to rotate your SXT into the horizontal polarisation position.
Connected with both horizontal and vertical, back of antena there has two port so it’s basically connected with both
Possibly the tilt is wrong. The ubiquity sectors may have built in down tilt of 3 degrees. So you might want to check that. If the antenna tilt is too high or low the beam might be missing your clients.

The beam from the antenna has a width and height imagine like the light beam from a torch.
Those UBNT sectors have a narrow vertical beam and a wide horizontal beam.
Also the antenna has a downtilt of 3 degrees built in so the beam will always be going down by 3 degrees even if mounted flat.
