i want to modify the requested url
my internet provider modify all my url and add to it an ip and port so ican’t open any website
example
i try to access http://www.google.com i found the url become to http://213.158.173.252:9091/?url=www.google.com
i want to remove the ip in the front and the port
any help

my ISP do this when i exceeded my quota and reduce the internet speed too
