i setup mikrotik 2.9 and setup cash
when i setup hotspot , cash is stop
when i stop hotspot , cash is start to run
please upgrade http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Upgrading_RouterOS and check again. there were many changes between v2.9 and v4
