Hello all.
I have a small wisp and i am using microtik routerboards rb450g .
I have queues in place that mark other connections to limit download speed, as most P2P software uses encripted connections.
and as i have a wisp i have a tcp limit of 60 connections per ip address.
What i would like to be able to do is have a udp limit of 50 connections per ip address but i have no idear how.
I have read that udp is less of a connection or some thing like that. So does that mean i dont have to worry about it.
lets say i have 252 users going though my microtik and they have 200 udp sessions open each thats 50400 I know UDP is connection-less by design. But im sure my router will see how many less by design UDP connections i have then start smoking and blow up.
So if any one can guide me on how to limit UDP that will be great
Thanks
