Hello. This is the first time I post here, and also the first time that I use a RouterBoard device so excuse me if I may sound uninformed regarding!
Anyway, I’ll try my best describing my problem.
Well, I have few networks that I received from their providers, each service comes on a different Network of course.
It’s kind of like this …
And on the work stations I installed a software that switches from IP to IP (NetSetMan) so the user can switch between internet and other systems.
the thing is I configured the MikroTik RouterBoard to the Internet IP so I can have control on the network flow and give limitations and all. my problem is that the Mikrotik now is going to all the other networks.
Let’s say I configured the mikrotik on the Internet IP that is 192.168.15.1 and it works perfectly. Now when I change to the other network which is 192.168.66.1 that has a web application based service I also get the Hotspot login page.
I keep thinking of a way around this thing (Which I believe is a broadcast, correct me if I’m wrong)
any help would be appreciated and if you have any questions I’ll ask them… Thanks in advance!
