Hello. We wanted a new router our old was up to 300mb this new seemed 1gb so we took this RB-493G into our house, but nobody were able to get it work. The lights are on and it peeps once and then again after few seconds. We need someone who can help us and fix the router so we can use it. I would suggest via teamviewer.

Well we had Access on the router via your software. But we didn’t get any internet through.
Have you configured the interfaces?
Well i don’t know even a tech guy we met he said he didn’t like the complexity or the ui of the software used to config the routers. So you want to check this via teamviewer?
