Help Needed RB-411R Upgrade for AP

Hello PPL.
New to this and need Help on How can I obtain a Licencese key and Where to enable my RB-411R to serve as a Acess Point.

RB411R must be already shipped with L4 license that supports AP. You can find a simple AP configuration guide here: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Making_a_simple_wireless_AP

I’ve set up in that way but my license is a level 3

Here is a purchasing guide: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Purchasing_a_License_for_RouterOS . Then you can paste it into the Telnet window, or License menu in Winbox.

after a license is purchased, how long does it take to get the authorization key ??
