HELP NEW Install RB230 v3.9 Kyocera 650

This is my first RB230 board.
I’m not finding the Kyocera 650 card in port

I insert the card in the PCMCIA slot
Turn it on
Connect to the board

  1. Go port
  2. Type print
  3. SEE only
    0 serial0
    1 usb1
    2 usb2

The led light on my card is on.

I’m i missing a step?
Do i need to do something in ROS to see my card?
