Hello everyone. This is my first post. A few weeks ago I bought an RB333 and I’m very happy with it. I only have a couple of problems. First, I’d like to know if it’s possible to set up an authoritative nameserver on this. This is because I have a home network and the internal queries are sent to the Mikrotik DNS, and it forwards them to the internet nameservers. I’d like to end those requests here.
Second, and regarding to the first question: is it possible to do DHCP DDNS updates? I.e. sending the client name to DNS when a client registers with DHCP. This is a very useful feature that I had when I ran the old Linux server with BIND and ISC-DHCP.
