Help please! How to config a sever , port or web connect with just 1 ips

Hello. I’m very new.
I have 2 ips pppoe
I want to config :
Port 414 Or one ip address ( websites) just go to 1 ips.

So it is understandable.
You have a single ISP or two ISPs (two modems etc)?
THe ISP has provided two WANIP connections
You wish to use one IP for your ‘normal lan’
You wish to use one IP ONLY for a server (no NAT, more like a one to one NAT - firewall only )

OR
you wish to use both IPs for your LAN and use NAT to portforward the server>?

When i connect to my company sever doccument in the internet to download. It require just 1 ip address.
Because i use 2 pppoe mix together so ip change. I can’t download my doccument on internet. ( aslo some website require just 1 ip connect too)

I have 2 pppoe via wan1 and wan 2
So i want to config: some website, ip list from internet just go through 1 pppoe.
