I would like the gurus to kindly help me check if there is error/fault going on attached file… i did not understand what all it says.

Thanks for the support, but i wanted to understand what the U, A, C are meant (meaning) on the connection table if there is any fault with the box?

Just hover of the letters. A box will pop up explaining what they mean.
