HELP PTP network SXT 2km low tcp speed

Hello. Please help. My problem low tcp speed only 25 mbit/s. What should i do to increace speed?
There is my configuration
net—[SXT#1]-( distanse 2km )-[sxt#2]—[Mikrotik on pc]

TCP speed beetween sxt#1 and Mikrotik on pc 25 Mbit/s
and
UDP speed beetween sxt#1 and Mikrotik on pc up to 70Mbit/s
and
TCP speed beetween sxt#2 and sxt1 40 Mbit/s

Firtsly, you NEED to allign your antennas better.
