pls tell me procedure for converting 2.4 to 2.3Ghz

converting what exactly? change “frequency” value in the wireless configuration, if you card+antenna support it. that’s all .

frequency in it starts at 241x-248x not 23xx.. need some firmware to convert???

Use Korea2 country code, but only if you have legal access to the 2.3 band.
