guys please help me on this i dont really know were did i went fault. I had a previous routerOS version 6.40.3 that suddenly went rougue which i cant login anymore so we decided to just to reformat the pc and installed another version I choose 6.42.1 and everthing went smoothly …and because i created a backup before 6.40.3 went down to save time..i copied it back to the new install 6.42.1 and i even purchase a new key for it and applied it and everything was doing good i check the config. and everything is in place then suddenly the system just rebooted itself which i really didnt expect and when it went online to my surprise it went back to 6.40.3 which i cant login…so what i did i reformat the pc again and install the 6.42.1 this time i didnt restore the backup file from 6.40.3 coz i suspected that it was the culprit..i just went back and configure it out again. after doin some work i reboot the pc…and to my suprise it went back again to 6.40.3!! …and i observed everytime you install other versions (installed rc11 to test) after reboot it will go back to 6.40.3 which i cant login…i been going around back and forth with this process but it will just go back to old version.
