HELP !!! Set Mikrotik router with backup line

HI,

I ´ve problems setting up a ADSL backup line with Netgear router, I´m thinking to change this router for an Mikrotik router if i can solve the issue.

The scenario is a “main office” and 4 delegations.

the main office are connected to the 4 delegations with a radio link (one for each). (rb433 routerboards)
All buildings have an DSL line.

I need use the radio link to connect the delegatios with the main server and the routers for internet. (ok)
the problem is, if the radio link fails, i need set up an VPN connection “manually” on backup line.

It´s posible Set a mikrotik router to lift an VPN if radio link fails and when the wifi working again, again redirect traffic over the radio link???

I had set up the VPN to run all the time and then routed the data via distance under routes.

If I have miss understand you, maybe you can post a network map.

This setup don´t make a “Loop” ??
