twan 1 rcs 5.2.xxx.xxx gateway 5.2.xxx.xxx
wan 2 upc 192.168.1.5 gateway 192.168.1.1
lan 192.168.5.1 ports 3, 4 ,5 in bridge mode
dhcp server on lan, start on 192.168.5.200 end to 192.168.5.254
wan 1 will be default connection,

Are both wans the same speed?
Do you really want one active and the other as a passive failover? Better have both active.
Easiest way is to put the failover route with a 2 distance so in case the main one stops working the 2nd kicks in. Check them with ping in the route configuration.

on first conection i have 90mbps and on second conection i have only 20mbps. i want to use second conection only when wan 1 is down.
