bought a hAP Lite and tried to set it up to DHCP(As the the instructions said) but it didn’t get an IP. Sorry I’m a newbie to networking right now and just want to learn in this.
What I usually do is.

Create a Bridge

Add wlan and ether 1 to the bridge.

Set the master port on ports 2-5 to ether 1

Set up the dhcp server on the bridge.
Should solve your problem
