Hello.
I have these 3 switches 1 CRS-328-24P-4S+ and 2 CRS-326-24G-2S+ from mikrotik which I have put some vlan up on.
they are connected to 10G fiber modules.
after my setup I can only measure approx. 200mb over my cables 
i’m pretty new here in the mikrotik world and am convinced it’s is something to do with my setup.
Hope there is someone who will look a little at my setup and tell me what I am doing wrong so I can make everything work right.
