hi, i would first check whether my wifi configuration fits (channel, range, disruptive factors and everything else you can find in the forum) there are lots of great devices - and that will surely find what you are looking for in the soho area but the basics should checked and then the corresponding mt hardware bought.

Do what I did, get some EAP245 access points (tplink), they are stable and work well but are not expensive.
Save yourself the frustration, time lost and angry family members…
