Help to protect hotspot from hackers

Please is there any one who can help me to prevent my hotspot from hackers, they use so many methods to break the network like MAC clone and the rest. Please i need help.

If you have wireless network, use encryption protocols on wireless network (WPA or WPA2).

But i want every body to connect to my network so that they can see my hotspot page because i have an information to contact me if you want the service, I use DHCP. But if I use encryption they cant even connect to the network I have to put the key for them.

If you will search in the forum for the similar topics, you can find the solution for this case.
Create one VAP (virtual AP), that will be opened for all customers, but this HotSpot will only provide with HotSpot login page.
