Hi, we use Microtik hotspot feature for delivering monthly broadband plans to our customers.
We get a lot of complaints that, they are logged in, but there in no internet.
And most complaints are, they have to login 100 times a day, which pisses them off.
If I check the logs of Microtik, the errors are all IDLE TIMEOUT.
Where do I go and make it like 72 hours Idle Timeout ?
Right now, its set to 00.50.00 by the bandwidth manager guys.
Can I go in and make it 72.00.00 , so the idle timeout only happens after 72 hours and not 50 minutes ?
Can I do that ?
And where do I go and do it in one click ?
IP > Server Profiles or where ?
