Help with accessing Vlan on network switch

I have a network switch preconfigured with the switch 's IP is on the same subnet as my network 192.168.23.180. The devices on the switch have a different subnet 192.168.200.0/24 that I need to be able to access from both my network and the internet. I have looked at adding a static route of 192.168.200.0/24 gateway 192.168.23.180 ether2 and it does not seem to be working any input would be appreciated.

You need to give us far more information. What kind of switch, what kind of router, how does VLANs even get into this picture, your configuration. If it’s not dumb simple, a network drawing may help.

I have a Rb450 and a Luxul AMS-2624P POE Switch. As I said the switch was setup with an IP on my subnet 192.168.23.180 and its clients on a 192.168.200.0 network under seperate Vlans on that subnet. I do not have admin rights on the switch. Using Winbox I thought we would go to IP, Routes, and add route:192.168.200.0/24, gateway: 192.168.23.180, interface: Ether2. if you could let me know if there is something else I am missing.
