Help with APs loging , plz

Hello all,
I have a Mikrotik ROS , and different remote Locations , linked with APs " Bridges"

ROS ==> LAN2 ==> LAN3
Gate==>Bridge ==> Bridge
each AP have its clients connected with Switch with it
I use Hotspot ,
I want to ping on the APs , but i can’t cause they’re did not logged in ,
how can make them login to the hotspot , to ping them or keep an eye on?

second thing i want to make a script in Netwatch , when any AP goes down , the script start on down and beep or some thing of an alarm
any Ideas?

  1. Two options are available for you.

First option, ip hotspot walled-garden (ip), which allows to open access for specific traffic port/services without HotSpot authentication;
Second option ip-binding, where type=bypass will allow you to bypass all traffic of specific address.

  1. Netwatch is not too complicated;
  • set address you want to monitor;
  • create scripts on up/down or even add syntax to up/down window;
  • scripts will be executed, when state is changed up or down.
