I have a Mikrotik router running RouterOS with an incoming bandwidth of 100 Mbit/s. There are two clients behind the Mikrotik, and I would like to ensure that Client 1 always has at least 70 Mbit/s available, while Client 2 (and any additional clients) can share the remaining bandwidth.
I understand that this should be possible using mangle rules, queues, and the limit-at function, but despite my attempts, I haven’t been able to get it working properly. Could someone provide a clear, step-by-step guide on how to configure this?
