Hey guys. i have a Routerboard 1200 that i need a little config help with.
This does run servers as well as my home network, all on private ip’s (192.168.1.XXX/24)
I have it running a dhcp server perfectly, port 1 has the public ip, 2-10 are all bridged and nat masq’ing to ether 1. So all that works
My problem is, i have a pptp server running on it as well for vpn access, so i can access my private servers from outside of my network. I can vpn in fine, but can’t ping/connect to any of the private addresses when i do.
Does anyone have a solid config they wouldn’t mind sharing that does this or any advice as far as the vpn goes.
The only really odd thing i’ve noticed is it doesn’t assign a gateway when i connect to the vpn and the netmask comes up as 255.255.255.255.
