Help with connecting 2 Mikrotik routers

My setup is as follows:

Mikrotik1, DMZ from the cable router. 192.168.88.0/24 network there
Mikrotik2, behind NAT at work/housing campus, also 192.168.88.0/24

What would be the best way to get the machine from the Mikrotik1 to show up as local behind the Mikrotik2 network?

Do I have to change the network at one of the places to 89 or something else from 88?

yes, if you want to use two routers as routers you need change one of them network to 192.168.X.0/24 where X is any number from 0-255 except 88. also you can make one network using two mikrotiks - second mikrotik must be changed to bridge mode.

Thank you. I forgot to mention that the mikrotik routers are about 1000 miles away from one anohter :slight_smile: one is at my house, other is in the country i work in. thanks!
